Description

The Barnes Family Endowed Scholarship is open to a junior who holds an AA degree from Community College and has a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants must have an ACT score of 21 or an SAT score of 860 or must have passed the Praxis I exam and be admitted to the Teacher Education program. They must be willing to teach in a designated Mississippi geographical shortage area for the first two years following graduation.
