Description

The Baron Barclay National Youth Open Pairs Scholarship is a college scholarship awarded to the winners of the National Youth Open Pairs. The Award is divided equally between the pair. Funds can only be disbursed to universities, colleges, and secondary education facilities in the U.S. and Canada. All scholarship funds are disbursed to the educational institution and cannot be disbursed directly to an individual.
