Description

Established in memory of Penny Callahan Beason for the benefit of a full-time undergraduate student from St. Clair County, Alabama who is a graduate of Pell City High School and is enrolled in the School of Education majoring in Elementary Education. Preference is given to a student who is a single parent. Only students who demonstrate academic aptitude shall be eligible for this award.
