The Belcher, Carlton, McClelland Scholarship is open to students pursuing a geosciences and natural resources conservation and management degree. Preference is given to students who are residents of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
