Description

The Belt Keathley Memorial Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen, incoming transfers, or current MTSU students for the upcoming Summer or Fall semester. Applicants must also be in good standing with the University. Preference is given to applicants who exhibit academic achievement and financial need.
