Betty Dickson Health Policy Award is given to students who need to attend a national health policy meet meeting/conference. The recipient is expected to make a related presentation at a designated MNA conference within the year following the award. To be eligible, applicants must be full, unrestricted license to practice as a RN in Mississippi; member of MNA; and must have recent, active involvement in a professional nursing organization at the local, state, or national level.
