The Betty MacDonough Memorial scholarship is awarded to a junior active collegian member of Delta Phi/Clemson University who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year the scholarship is given. If no one meets this, it will be awarded to a collegian or alumna member of Delta Phi who will pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree. If there are still no applicants, the scholarship will go to any collegian or alumna member of the Fraternity who will pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree during that academic year. If Delta Phi is disestablished and no longer exists, the scholarship will be given to a collegian or alumna member of Delta Phi who meets the Foundation's current general scholarship criteria. If no Delta Phi members qualify, it will be awarded to any collegian or alumna member of the Fraternity who meets those same criteria. To be eligible for Theta Foundation scholarships, you must be a college or alumna member of Kappa Alpha Theta in good standing with the Fraternity.
