Description

The Blackman Family Scholarship is for students who are graduates of Portland Public school district, Centennial, David Douglas and North Clackamas high schools. GED and home-schooled graduates from Clackamas, Damascus, Gresham, Happy Valley, Johnson City, Milwaukie, or Portland are also eligible. Preference will be given to students who are first-generation immigrants to the United States. Applicants may contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
