Description

The Blanche Garrard Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of Ms. Blanche Garrard. It is awarded to a student majoring in Special Education. The student must be at least a rising junior, have a 2.5 undergraduate GPA or 3.0 graduate GPA and demonstrate potential for success in the special education field through service and extracurricular activities.
