Description

The Blanche Garrard Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate (admitted to Teacher Education) or graduate students majoring in Special Education. The students must have an overall cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.5 (undergraduate) 3.0 (graduate) (4.0 scale). The student must have a financial need that is not met from other sources and they should demonstrate potential for success in the special education field through service and extracurricular activities.
