Description

The Blavin (Paul and Amy) Scholars Fund is open to undergraduate students with a foster care background who demonstrate financial need. Students must either be orphans/wards of the court, currently in kinship care, have experienced, or are experiencing homelessness, or qualify for independent student status through the U-M financial aid application process as a result of having a compromised support network. Select applicants will be invited to meet with the Blavin Scholars Program staff to learn more about the Blavin Scholarship and Blavin Scholars Program participation.
