Description

Scholarship for graduates (including GED recipients) of Oregon high schools, preference to graduates of Portland high schools. Preference to Portland residents. Applicants must enroll in Oregon public and for-profit colleges only. GPA 2.5-3.0 for high school seniors, minimum GPA 3.0 for college students. Enrollment must be at least half time. Financial need may or may not be considered.
