The Bobcat Commitment Transfer Scholarship is available to students with 15 transferable hours from a community college or a 4-year college/university. This scholarship may be renewed for up to two years. The scholarship is guaranteed to all qualified residents and nonresidents (including international students), provided they are admitted to Texas State as a first-time transfer to the university and meet the scholarship qualifications prior to the start of their first semester. The transfer admission application deadline for the Spring semester is November 15, the Fall priority deadline is February 15, and the final admission deadline for the Fall semester is July 15.
