The Bonner Leader (Presidential Service Corps) Scholarships are for undergraduate students. Each year, the application is open now through the end of January. Students must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.75, participate in service at assigned placement and leadership trainings and events planned by the Bonner Program totaling at least 250 hours per year, follow the standards of behavior expected of all members of the Widener University community as stated in the student code of conduct, and participate in all required Bonner leadership programming, including weekend volunteering/retreats, yearly academic projects, the first-year pre-orientation program, senior international service trip, and other varied experiences. The Bonner Leaders Scholarship totals $5,000 per year for a total of eight consecutive semesters.
