The Brian C. Garnett Scholarship is dedicated to the honor and memory of Brian Clarke Garnett and his love for life. He is deeply missed but it is through this scholarship program that his family believes he can be remembered in a positive way while helping to enable other young people to achieve their dreams of a college education. Applicants must be seniors graduating from Salina Central High School. Applicants must have participated in at least two sanctioned extra-curricular activities during their junior and senior years (minimum of one activity per year). Applicants must be degree seeking at any post-secondary institution. Applicants must provide evidence of financial need, which is to be used as a determining factor in cases of equal merit.
