The Sigma Chi Foundation offers the Brothers Helping Brother Scholarship. The Sigma Chi Foundation created the Brothers Helping Brothers fund (formerly Strong Arms) following Hurricane Katrina. This fund will be used to provide academic scholarships (that can include educational needs such as replacing a computer) to brothers impacted by a recent natural disaster or other exigent situation such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective is to fill a financial need created by disaster. Eligibility and application requirements: Member or pledge in good standing of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Two letters of recommendation: chapter advisors, college professors and staff, high school teachers, employers, coaches, members of the clergy and co-workers are all good choices. Letters of Recommendation from your undergraduate chapter brothers/peers, family members and friends are not acceptable.
