The Brown Family Tip Top Farms Scholarship is available to incoming undergraduate freshmen students in the College of Agriculture at Purdue University. Selections will be made based upon the following factors in their ranked order: 1. Residents of Tippecanoe or White County, Indiana; 2. Indiana residents; 3. Strong leadership qualities; 4.
