Fresno State is excited to partner with the Bulldog Infrastructure Group, LLC (BIG) for a 33-year public-private partnership (P3) contract for the Central Utility Replacement Project. Among the many improvements and opportunities presented by this project, BIG is offering two $2,500 scholarships annually: one for Outstanding Technical Achievement in Energy Efficiency, and one for Outstanding Achievement in Community Outreach, Education, and Promotion of Energy Efficiency. BIG will award these scholarships to students who are actively incorporating sustainability and energy efficiency into their academic and extracurricular experiences. Students must be enrolled on a full-time continuous basis at Fresno State. Incoming freshmen in Fall 2026 are not eligible to apply.
