The Business, Technology & Trades Annual Scholarship in honor of Deborah A. Yancey provides assistance to students enrolled in a Business, Technology and Trades program of study. Priority will be given to those demonstrating financial need. Applicants must provide the names and email addresses of three persons willing to provide recommendations for them. At least one recommendation must be a Virginia Western instructor, if the applicant is enrolled at the college. If recently attending or graduated from high school, applicants may use a high school teacher(s) to provide recommendations.
