The California Eastern Star Foundation Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors, continuing undergraduate and graduate students at an accredited college, university, community college, trade school, or religious institution. Applicants must demonstrate a strong high school and/or community leadership record. Applicants must mail their applications in a 9" x 12" envelope with no staples, single-sided pages to ensure proper scanning. If submitting the parents' Federal Tax return, the parent must sign the application giving consent to the committee to review the tax form. Graduating seniors must submit an official high school transcript that includes the first semester of the 12th grade and must submit a Teacher or Counselor Report. Undergraduate or graduate students may submit an unofficial transcript. They do not need to submit a Teacher or Counselor Report. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
