Description

The Camilla Rosefield Fraser Scholarship is for graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates) of Oregon high schools. Applicants must have a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher; college students must have a GPA of 3.40 or higher. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Applicants may contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
