Description

To be eligible for the Carl and Eva Swanson Scholarship, applicants must be high school seniors or graduates of a high school located in Webster County, Iowa; be of good Christian character; and be underprivileged or a member of a minority group. A minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale is also a desired qualification. Applicants must submit student authorization and acknowledgments form. Applicants should also submit W8 or W9 IRS Form, as applicable.
