Description

The Carnegie Scholarship is open to first-year students who are academically and artistically talented middle students who qualified for little to no need-based financial aid. This program is renewable for 8 semesters of undergraduate education (10 semesters for students in the School of Architecture). The scholarship is only awarded to incoming first-year students during the admission process. Dependents of Carnegie Mellon employees who qualify for tuition remission are not eligible for a Carnegie Scholarship. External transfer applicants are also not eligible for scholarship consideration.
