The family of Carolyn Lemmond Winchester wish to honor her commitment to excellence and education by providing scholarship opportunities to students with financial need. The Scholarship will provide financial awards for graduating seniors from Brevard or Rosman High Schools in Transylvania County, North Carolina. Recipients are selected based on their financial need, academic merit, and potential for success.
