CBC Spouses Education Scholarship

Description

This opportunity awards scholarships to academically talented and highly motivated full-time African-American or Black students pursuing an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degrees in a variety of fields. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident and have permanent residence or attend academic institution in a CBC Members district. Current high school seniors are also eligible to apply. Selected applicants will be qualified African-American or black students Applicants must submit a video response discussing their academic interests and/or professional goals and how they will make a change in their community with their education. They must also submit 2 letter of recommendations.

Eligibility Requirements

  • CheckmarkMust attend a university, a four-year college or two-year college
  • CheckmarkMinimum 2.5 GPA
  • CheckmarkRestricted by race for Black students
  • CheckmarkMust study full-time
