The Cecil R. Turner Scholarship was created in memory of Cecil R. Turner. It is for a non-traditional, part- or full-time Hull College of Business undergraduate or graduate student. Student must have additional responsibilities outside the classroom including work, family, leadership positions, and extracurricular activities.
