The Chad and Marc Miyamoto Memorial Scholarship Fund will be awarded based on the standard minimum criteria which are: Applicants must be a resident of the State of Hawaii, demonstrate financial need, and be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. Additionally, the donor prefers the following criteria to be used to select scholarship recipients: Applicants must be majoring in Education; have a minimum GPA of 3.3; have participated in community service or an athletic program; and be born in Hawai'i.
