The Charlene Spaulding Career and Technology Scholarship was established to award current or prior Kerrville ISD students who are attending a career and technology college, trade school, or university as an undergraduate. Applicants must be a current or prior graduate of Kerrville Independent School District. Selection is based on financial need and personal accomplishments. Recipients must be accepted full-time into an accredited career and technology college, trade school, or university as an undergraduate student before award decisions.
