Description

The Charles and Germaine Field Endowed Painting Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled full-time (12 hours for undergrads and 9 hours for grads) and actively pursuing a BFA or MFA degree with an emphasis in painting. Applicants must demonstrate outstanding artwork through the presentation of their portfolio or slide portfolio. Clear evidence of technical proficiency and distinctive personal aesthetic in the artworks must be presented. They must also demonstrate evidence of excellence in previous art courses and potential for future success, as demonstrated by faculty recommendations, portfolios, and grades.
