Awarded to the top ASCAP Foundation Morton Gould Young Composer age 18 or under, this scholarship is made possible by The Frank & Lydia Bergen Foundation and is named in memory of their daughter, Charlotte, a lover of classical music. The scholarship is to be used toward the continued study of music. It is geared toward composers of concert/classical music.

Eligibility Requirements
