Description

The Clarke H. Carnes and Joe Ann Carnes Memorial Scholarship is for graduates of Baker or North Powder Charter School/Powder Valley High School who will enroll as college sophomore or above for the fall term or semester. Preference will be given to students with a 3.00 GPA or more. Preference will also be given to students who will major in a medical-related field. Financial need may or may not be considered; FAFSA filing is required. Students must apply-compete annually. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
