Conklin Scholarship

Description

The Conklin Scholarship is for students graduating in June from a New York State-approved high school located in Dutchess County or a high school designated by New York for Dutchess County residents, and you live in Dutchess County. Students must be in the top 10 percent of their graduating class, as calculated by their high school. Their high school must calculate their grade point average based on their grades through the 12th grade, mid-year point. Applicants must be placed into college-level courses when taking placement tests administered by DCC. The Conklin Scholarship will be used for tuition costs that are not covered by NYS and/or federal financial aid grants. If NYS and/or federal financial aid grants cover the student's tuition and fees, they will be awarded a minimum of $250/semester for education-related expenses such as books.
