The CTRI/Chris Seeber, KA1GEU, Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to those with a General Class License or higher. Applicants must be residents of the ARRL New England Division. If no suitable applicant is identified, applicants from all regions will be considered. Applicants must be pursuing Science, Science Education, Math, Math Education, Engineering or Technology in any accredited 2- or 4-year college or university.
