Description

The Cynthia & Nathaniel Simmons Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior of either Milford High School or Cape Henlopen High School planning to attend an accredited four-year institution. Applicants must graduate with the required minimum GPA. Applicants must identify all or in part as Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Filipino, Vietnamese or Hmong.
