The Cynthia & Nathaniel Simmons Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors of either Milford High School or Cape Henlopen High School planning to attend an accredited 4-year institution. Applicant must identify all or in part as Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Filipino, Vietnamese or Hmong.
