Description

Recipients of the scholarship shall be graduates of East Carter High School in Grayson, Kentucky. These students shall have demonstrated academic potential. Recipients shall be students who are unable to meet the requirements for other merit or need-based financial aid as determined by MSU's Office of Enrollment Services or have significant unmet financial need.
