Description

The David Huot West Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors at Borrego Springs High School. They must plan to enroll at a four-year university in the United States in fall. Preference will be given to students with a physical disability. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the San Diego Foundation for more information.
