Description

The David J. DiCesare Memorial Scholarship is available to graduates of Columbia River High School or Vancouver School of Arts and Academics. Applicants must be high school students. Preference will be given to applicants who are planning to attend Clark College, Washington State University Vancouver, or the Evergreen State College; participate in school-affiliated, extracurricular activities; and demonstrate commitment to their community through volunteerism.
