Description

David DiCesare was an influential community advocate. During his career, he held multiple city and county roles and was a part of local nonprofits that focused on heritage, history and education. The David J. DiCesare Memorial Scholarship is available to graduates or soon to be graduates this year of Columbia River High School or Vancouver School of Arts and Academics. Preference will be given to applicants who plan to attend Clark College, Washington State University Vancouver, or the Evergreen State College; participate in school-affiliated, extracurricular activities; and demonstrate commitment to their community through volunteerism.
