The Decatur Community Scholarship was established to provide assistance to students graduating from Decatur Community High School, Oberlin, KS. Applicants must be seniors preparing for graduation from a USD 294 high school. Applicants must have completed two of four years at USD 294 with one year being the complete senior year. Applicants must have participation in extracurricular activities and community service.
