The Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences - Merit Scholarships is for a current SMU student with a declared major in Dedman College. Applicants must have declared a major or a minor (minors only apply to a select few departmental scholarships) in Dedman College. At the time of application, applicants must be in good academic standing. Two recommendation letters are required.
