The DeKalb County Scholarship honoring CIC Foundation is open to traditional or non-traditional students who are residents of DeKalb County. Preference will be given to a full-time student. If no qualified full-time student applies, the scholarship may be awarded to a part-time student. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 High School GPA or 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
