The Delaware Valley University Presidential Scholarship for Transfer Students will be awarded to all transfer students who are accepted as full-time undergraduate transfer students at DelVal. Applicants must have a 3.5 GPA or higher. All students who are offered admission to DelVal are considered for a merit scholarship.
