Description

The Dennis and Irene Wilps Condie Scholarship Fund was created at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County to provide scholarships for graduating seniors of Yough High School. Applicants must have demonstrated civic engagement through volunteer work in their community, church, school or through a charity or nonprofit organization. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA 3.0. Preference will be given to applicants with a nonweighted cumulative GPA between 3.5 and 3.8. Applicants must plan to attend a vocational school, technical trade school, college or university majoring in a vocation, technical trade, science, technology, engineering or math.
