Description

The Dirigo Scholar Award is awarded to first-year students based on academic achievement, demonstrated leadership skills, or other criteria. Awards are valued at $2,000 for in-state students and $10,000 for out-of-state students. Students whose GPA falls between 3.0 and 3.49 at the time of admission could be eligible for this award. Students who have already earned a bachelor's degree by the time they start courses at USM are not eligible for merit scholarships. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
