Description

The District 4 Academic Scholarship Program is designed to support study by at a university or college in the US or Canada or at a Norwegian university or folk school. An applicant must be 18 and above and a current adult member of a District 4 Sons of Norway lodge at the time of applying for an academic scholarship. Three letters of recommendation are required that address the applicant's character and abilities: one from an officer of the applicant's lodge, one from a member of the applicant's school personnel, and one from a community member.
