Description

The Donald and Ruth Agnes Kaplan Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to residents of Waterbury, Watertown, Naugatuck, Cheshire, Prospect or Woodbury for more than four years. Students must be attending college in New England, NY state, or Israel, and majoring in a health-care related field.
