Donald and Ruth Agnes Kaplan Memorial Scholarship is for female residents of Waterbury, Watertown, Naugatuck, Cheshire, Prospect or Woodbury (4+ years), attending college in New England, NY state, or Israel, and majoring in a health-care related field.

Eligibility Requirements
