Description

The Donald C. Averill Memorial Scholarship recognizes students who contribute meaningfully to campus life. Eligible applicants must be enrolled at Rhode Island College, have a minimum junior status by the coming fall semester, and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Recipients are selected by a special review committee appointed by the RIC/AFT President and Executive Committee. Preference is given to students who are actively involved in student activities or make other significant contributions to the college community.
