The Dorothy Barbieri Memorial scholarship is awarded to a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior collegian member of the Fraternity with a permanent address in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania. To be eligible for Theta Foundation scholarships, you must be a college or alumna member of Kappa Alpha Theta in good standing with the Fraternity.
