Description

The Dottie Sanders Memorial Flight Scholarship is for students who reside in San Diego, Riverside, Orange or Imperial counties OR members of any chapter of the Southwest Section of the Ninety-Nines. PPL applicants must have passed the written and solo-ed. If applying for an advanced rating or certificate, applicants must have a Private certificate. Three recommendation letters are required.
