The Doyle W. Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund was funded to honor the legacy of Doyle W. Smith by providing scholarships for graduating Harper High School students who are majoring in an agricultural field. Applicants must be a current graduating student from Harper High School who has attended for at least one year. Selection is based on personal achievement, financial need, and content of a short essay submitted.
