The Dr. Cecelia H. Foxley Scholarship is open to dental students with demonstrated high academic standards. Preference is given to applicants who are committed to improving oral health in rural communities and demonstrate commitment to advancing the scholarship of women in Dentistry through service to the community and service to the University of Utah.
