The Dr. Ruth Ann MacQueen Memorial Veterinary Fellowship is open to students in good standing and interested in pursuing a career in small animal medicine or surgery, and shall have been residents of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, or Suffolk.
